What the platform does
Three engines, each independently operable and honest about its calibrated scope.
Bid pricing
A deterministic engine — regional cost-per-mile, fuel surcharge, seasonal and lane adjustments, and accessorial costing. Calibrated for Northern California; lanes outside the calibrated region are labeled, never priced silently.
Carrier vetting
A carrier-vetting layer with pluggable authority-lookup sources. External-service integrations read credentials from environment variables only and degrade gracefully when a key is absent.
Fraud screening
A rule-based fraud-screening engine. The registry defines 23 rules; 19 are operational with live detectors. The remaining four require external custody, GPS, or ELD telemetry feeds this platform does not include.
Precise scope, stated plainly: 19 of the registry's 23 fraud rules run on live detectors today. The four that are not operational stay defined in the registry and can be scored only via manual signal injection.
This platform was built and donated by CustodyIQ Labs and is being offered at silent auction, with proceeds supporting a Central Valley nonprofit providing transitional housing and career pathways for aspiring commercial drivers.
